Então, como cada pessoa tem um gosto (eu particularmente gosto de bebidas com café), colocarei aqui várias receitinhas que achei por aí na net e que logo mais provarei também:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Chá-curaçao&lt;/b&gt; – Duas doses de chá preto bem forte e quente, uma dose de curaçao (pode ser substituído por “orange triple”) e duas colheres de sopa de leite condensado. Na versão fria, o chá é gelado e vai acompanhado de duas pedras de gelo. (parece bom!)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Chá de Eva&lt;/b&gt; – Um litro de chá preto, cinco colheres de açúcar e uma dose (seis colheres de sopa) de Calvados (para cinco pessoas).&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Chá Escocês&lt;/b&gt; – Meio litro de chá preto bem quente, quatro colheres de sopa de açúcar, quatro doses de whisky, meio pote de creme de leite fresco e noz moscada. Dá para quatro doses, e o açúcar deve ir primeiro, no fundo da xícara, seguido do whisky, do chá quente, e finalmente do creme batido, salpicado com a noz moscada.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Chá mexicano&lt;/b&gt; – Três colheres de açúcar, 3 colheres de grenadine ou licor de sua preferência, ½ dose de tequila e meio litro de chá (pode ser quente ou frio, e nesse último caso, pode ser acompanhado de duas pedras de gelo).&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Café com licor&lt;/b&gt; – O café pode ser forte, médio ou fraco, ao gosto do consumidor, e os licores mais adequados para a mistura são o Cointreau, o Curaçao e o Creme de Cacau, sendo compatível com outras bebidas doces. (Parece ótemo!)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Café Royal&lt;/b&gt; – É o tradicional cafezinho, com uma dose proporcional de conhaque. Na falta desse, o whisky pode ser um bom substituto. (Hummm, adoro bebidas quentes com conhaque!)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Café espumoso&lt;/b&gt; – ½ litro de café forte e frio, ½ litro de sorvete de creme, uma colher de sopa de angostura. Bata tudo no liquidificador e sirva em copos altos.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Café com chocolate e conhaque&lt;/b&gt; – Duas e ½ xícaras de chocolate quente feito com leite, 1 xícara de café quente e forte, ¼ de xícara de conhaque, uma colher de sopa de açúcar, ½ xícara de creme chantilly batido. Misture os ingredientes e sirva em canecas (quatro porções) enfeitadas com o chantilly. (DELÍCIA!)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Leite queimado&lt;/b&gt; – Receita muito conhecida, usada inclusive na medicina popular, essa aquece e ajuda na recuperação dos estados gripais: quatro colheres de açúcar derretido como calda, um copo de leite e uma dose de conhaque. É importante ter cuidado de não se expor ao frio, após a bebida.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Vinho quente&lt;/b&gt; – Duas xícaras de açúcar, 1 pau de canela, 12 cravos, 1 e ½ livro de vinho tinto suave, ½ xícara de suco de limão, 1 e ½ xícaras de suco de laranja e duas xícaras de água. Junte o vinho com o açúcar, a canela e os cravos e leve ao fogo até levantar fervura, cozinhe por cinco minutos, coe e junte o vinho coado ao suco de limão, ao de laranja e à água. Leve ao fogo e deixe ferver novamente por cinco minutos.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Vinho quente com mel&lt;/b&gt; – Uma garrafa de vinho tinto, ½ kg de mel, 1 colher de chá de gengibre, uma de canela e outra de cravo, todos moídos, uma colher da chá de essência de baunilha. Misture os ingredientes e leve ao fogo, mexendo lentamente, e dando por pronto antes de ferver.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Drinque de Inverno&lt;/b&gt; – Um litro de vinho tinto, ½ litro de Aquavit, uma xícara de uva passa, uma xícara de açúcar, casca ralada de um limão, uma laranja, 1 pedaço de canela em pau, 12 cravos da índia e 12 amendoas descascadas. Numa panela misture o vinho e metade da Aquavit e aqueça. Sobre um tecido limpo e fino, faça um saquinho com metade da uva passa, o açúcar, as cascas de limão, a laranja cortada em pedaços e as especiarias, que deve ser colocado na panela. Misture o café com o leite bem quente, quase fervendo (pois vc vai colocar o creme de leite fresco, que vai fazer com que a bebida esfrie um pouco). A mistura de sabores pode ser enjoativa)&lt;br /&gt;- Queijo cheddar cremoso (em copinho ou em &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;bisnaga)&lt;br /&gt;- Catchup&lt;br /&gt;- Pimenta Tabasco (Original)&lt;br /&gt;- Molho Inglês&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Modo de preparo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Comece colocando a quantidade de cheddar que desejar. Pense na quantidade de Doritos que você comprou e que cada um vai ser só “molhado” no dip. Adicione catchup, mais ou menos a medida de uma colher de sobremesa rasa para meio copo de cheddar. Em seguida, adicione pimenta Tabasco. Eu também começo com a medida de uma colher de sopa rasa. Misture e prove! A medida certa do sabor tão apimentado quanto você quiser, então, se não achar muito picante, coloque mais Tabasco. Por fim, acrescente umas gotinhas de molho inglês, também à gosto.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Voi là............................&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; Retire do fogo, acrescente as bananas e a canela e misture. Volte ao fogo baixo e cozinhe por 5 minutos, sem desmanchar a banana. Coloque em um refratário médio e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;Para o creme, em outra panela, leve ao fogo médio a maisena dissolvida no leite, o açucar e as gemas, mexendo até engrossar. Retire do fogo, misture o creme de leite e a baunilha. Distribua no refratário por cima da banana e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;Para o suspiro, na batedeira, bata as claras em ponto de neve e acrescente o açucar aos poucos, batendo até ficar firme. Faço isso quando tem aquele &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;arroz de ontem&lt;/span&gt; sobrando na geladeira, e eu não gosto nada de &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;arroz de ontem&lt;/span&gt;, a menos que eu faça uma "arte culinária" com ele!&lt;br /&gt;Ontem foi o que fiz. Cheguei azul de fome em casa, com uma bela preguiça e tinha arroz pronto, que eu havia feito anteontem para o jantar.&lt;br /&gt;A foto não é do meu farofão, mas coloquei aqui caso haja alguém que não saiba o que é isso;  é uma farofa feita com arroz, farinha de mandioca (ou farofa pronta) alguns temperos e legumes. Quando se tem isso, não precisa de mais nada para acompanhar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_Yd8FQKqa8AY/SfmpIB2fomI/AAAAAAAACxg/Y0i2wbEdk5w/s1600-h/farof%C3%A3o.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 265px; height: 225px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_Yd8FQKqa8AY/SfmpIB2fomI/AAAAAAAACxg/Y0i2wbEdk5w/s400/farof%C3%A3o.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5330477589370741346" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;Segue  receita para uma quantidade não muito grande:&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ingredientes&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 salsichas picadinhas (que podem ser substituídas bacon em pedacinhos ou linguiça calabreza)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 tomate picado&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 lata de milho&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 lata de ervilha&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Ou pode substituir por 1 lata de cenoura com ervilha em conserva&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;100 g de azeitonas verdes sem caroço&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 pimentão verde&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 pimentão vermelho&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 ovo cozido bem picadinho&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 colher de margarina&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;farinha de mandioca, crua ou farofa pronta temperada, a gosto&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 xícaras de arroz cozido&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cheiro verde a gosto&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sal&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pimenta a gosto&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Bom, eu faço assim... se não tiver todos esses ingredientes em casa, eu uso o que eu tiver.&lt;br /&gt;Aqueço 1 colher de manteiga, em seguida coloco a salsicha/ linguiça para refogar rapidamente e acrescento os legumes em conserva (claro que você pode ralar uma cenoura, uma espiga de milho... vai a gosto),  mais o pimentão, azeitonas e o tomate. Por último eu acrescento os ovos.&lt;br /&gt;Após refogar tudo, coloco o arroz e a farinha... &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;voilá&lt;/span&gt;!  &lt;li class="MsoNormal" style=""&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:85%;"  &gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Arial;font-size:10;"  &gt;Pegue a batata cozida e coloque      no liquidificador com a água do cozimento e bata até virar um creme&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; Uns afirmam que foi uma senhora de Minas que teria feito os primeiros docinhos e oferecido ao candidato ''os docinhos preferidos do brigadeiro''. Retire o excesso de óleo e frite a cebola. Colocar a batata cortada em cubos, o tomate (eu coloco com pele e semente mesmo, mas se quiser retirar, tudo bem) e o brocolis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;- Colocar 2 copos (americanos) de água e tampe a panela. Essa receita eu chamo de "Pão da vó Diva", porque eu  aprendi com minha avó.&lt;br /&gt;Bom, vamos lá:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Tahoma;font-size:85%;"  &gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Tahoma;font-size:10;"  &gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;- 1 kg de farinha de trigo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;- 45 gramas de fermento para pão&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;- 3 colheres (sopa) rasas de açúcar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;- 1 colher (café) de sal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;- 1/2 litro de leite&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;- 3 ovos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;- 1 xícara (rasa) de óleo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;E aqui vai algo que, digamos assim, é invenção minha:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;- 1 pacote de sazón amarelo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*Sim, o sazón dá um gostinho todo especial a esta receita.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Modo de preparo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Bata todos os ingredientes no liquidificador, exceto a farinha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Coloque a farinha dentro de um recipiente. Jogue a mistura líquida e misture bem. Ficará uma massa meio mole, mas não tanto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Divida a massa em 3 e distribua nas formas para pão. Vamos lá, leia os ingredientes e veja se não estou certa:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 4 cenouras médias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;- 2 colheres de creme de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt; leite&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;- 1 colher de requeijão&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;- 1 colher de manteiga&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;- Sal ou tempero pronto à gosto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modo de preparo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Cozinhe as cenouras até ficarem bem molinhas.
